His family relocated to Newcastle in 2007 and finally to a neighbouring town called Utrecht in 2011.

Langa, for as long as he can remember, was an inquisitive child who had been always been fascinated by a myriad of interests from science, crime documentaries & poetry to horror-based novels and eventually philosophy books (particularly the “Elements Of Philosophy” series) in grade 9 and though he could barely fathom the gravity of the latter texts, they played a pivotal role in sharpening his vocabulary and understanding of Language & the formation of important life perspectives which he only truly started cognisize later on in life. It was only during his third year at Panorama Combined School where he discovered his talent for writing, following an incident where his then English teacher had given them a task to “describe their best friend using the letters of the friend’s name”. After having read the learners’ writing pieces individually, the teacher was so impressed with Langa’s writing that she read it aloud to the entire class, who then ensued with a pleasant round of applause along with the teacher. This was a moment that inspired Langa to pursue writing as a hobby and it remained as such for the time being.

His intentionality in writing music began as a result of his disinterest with certain lessons by his teachers and found it more worthwhile to scribble in his notepad while class was in session and being a socially awkward teenager at the time, he found it particularly difficult to rap with confidence & clarity. In 2017, after fumbling verses he had to deliver on a song that he and his producer were recording, he became overwhelmed with the entire process and halted his endeavour to make music. He was soon followed by a loss of willingness and motivation to write music (or anything for that matter) after having lost a cellphone which contained most of his written work until 2020.

After a spiritual and psychological metamorphosis, he picked up the pen again in 2023 and as of 2025 has started recording music which he plans to release in the very near future. Langa worked as an assistant teacher at a local high school respectively in 2023 & 2024 where a lot of his learners would praise his style of teaching, articulation and manner of approach. He achieved his TEFL certification in February 2025 and was casted for Top 10 male models for the 2025 Newcastle Annual Spring Horse Race. Alongside other models, he was dressed by popular local designers for the runway show of the latter event. He was merited with a plethora of awards for English Home Language & Afrikaans First Additional Language during his years in high school, especially during his FET phase.

Langa continues to unhurriedly but incontestably sharpen his musical talent & writing. He is working on a language curriculum that incorporates Afrocentric themes, in hopes to fill the gap where indigenous knowledge lacks. Langa is a student and remains an avid reader in the fields of psychology, politics, philosophy, language, poetry and Afrikan spirituality. Amongst other things, he credits psychotherapy and books like “Think & Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill, 12 Rules for Life by Dr. Jordan Peterson and Black Skin, White Masks by Frantz Fannon as having played a cardinal role in his personal development. Langa describes himself as an aspiring reformist with Pan-Afrikan centered values (which is reflected in his music) and is an internal processor, wordsmith, mental health advocate, fitness enthusiast and celestially attuned soul personality.
