Had the pleasure of being part of the Luyolo Lenga tour, which took place at Kwantu Village
Kwantu Village hosts Nomkhubulwane – a mural, comedy & music showcase headlined by Siwe Ntombela, Mr Wow & Musa Mashiane, on Saturday, 30th August @ 14h00 – 22h00, Kwantu Village.
Join us for a vibrant afternoon & evening celebration of women through art, laughter & music. Our special guests, Siwe Ntombela, founder of Zimtoti Bakery, will host dinner & dialogue.

– The Manifesto Mural Painting : Workshop & live mural painting by Thabiso Skhosana & Inspector Artifice @ 14h00 – 17h00.
– Indaba Yendalo Dinner & Dialogue : Plant-based feast & talk by Siwe Ntombela, Zimtoti Bakery, R150 pp @ 18h00 – 19h00.
– Wow Standup Comedy : Experience a mixture of anecdotal & deadpan comedy by Mr Wow @ 19h00 – 19h30.
– Umntwan Odla Magobobo : Vocal solo acappela & harmony by Musa Mashiane (vox, guitar, flute & kulele) @ 19h30 – 20h00.
– Eclectic Digital Soundscape : a jazz, soul, hiphop & funk time capsule curated by Illawon @ 20h00 – 22h00.
– Social Hike & History : guided hike & historic narration by Themba Makhubo & Zoza Shongwe, Sun @ 07h00 – 10h00.

FREE for WOMEN (RSVP only), men @ R100, youth @ R20, cooler box @ R50 & BYOM @ R50 (bring your own meat, braai stand & essentials provided. RSVP only).

This year will be the 21st rally,, and it will continue to grow bigger and better.
On Friday, April 4, various artists, including Freddie Spires and R&R Band, will perform in the main tent, providing entertainment for the old and young.
There will also be an open mic competition!
Come and show your skills.
Be on the lookout for the new 2025 BMW 1000 RR and various other models, which will be on display at the rally.
On Saturday, April 5, at 06:00, there will be a dual-purpose bike outride over the ‘Knights pass’ and on top of the mountain at 10:00, there will be a mass ride from the caravan park through town, followed by a stunt and drag racing display along Van Rooyen Street.
Parking will be provided at Bergsig School Field to ensure those in attendance have the best and safest seats.
The professional stunts will be done by AJ Olivier from the Mac’s Motorcycle Club and Jaco Potgieter from the Soldiers for Jesus Motorcycle Club.
There will be no entry fee charged for the display on Van Rooyen Street.
The pre-entry fee for the whole weekend at the caravan park is R200, which includes a metal and cloth badge.
Gate entry will be R220 with one badge.
